My name is Quanika and I'm the owner of EyeSlay'd Beauty. I truly enjoy providing beauty services that enhances your natural beauty as well as boosts your confidence. My journey in the beauty industry started in March of 2019 and I look forward to learning more as I complete Beauty School. I am located on the east end of Henrico in Richmond, Va but im originally from Atlanta, Ga. I welcome clients to come and enjoy a comfortable and relaxing experience. EyeSlay'd Beauty LLC reserves the right to deny services to any client.** ●● IMPORTANT INFORMATION ●● -ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS: cash app, cash (please bring exact amount, I may not have change), or card. ●A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee (DEPOSIT) is REQUIRED each time you book a service, it will go towards your service amount if services are rendered. The retainer fee will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment without rescheduling within 10 days or if you no call no show (Please see cancelation policy for more information). ●RESCHEDULES/CANCELATIONS can be made by going to your appointment information email or text and select reschedule/cancel. -I will not service IMPATIENT clients (your appointment can take 2-3 hours). -APPOINTMENTS BOOKED 31+ DAYS FROM YOUR LAST APPOINTMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A FULL SET (lash extensions over 4 weeks old consists of severely outgrown extensions that requires me to remove by using a peeling technique, once all extensions have been removed you will need a full set). -FILL INS: Lash sets will be checked at each appointment to determine if your service is considered a fill in or full set (to be considered a fill in you must have majority of your extensions still applied, if you can count how many extensions you have left then more than likely your service will turn into a full set and your amount will be adjusted). -WASHING YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS is very vital to maintaining healthy natural lash growth, it also helps to prevent dirt or oil build up that could possibly cause infections, and it helps maintain good retention of your extensions. PLEASE WASH YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT (a $5 lash bath service fee will be applied to your appointment if lash extensions aren't clean, and I have to clean them). ●LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minutes grace period and a $5 late fee after 10 minutes late (10-15 mins). Cancellation Policy

●Late Policy: There is a 15 minutes grace period and a $5 late fee after 10 minutes late (10-15 mins). After 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. A new retainer (deposit) will be required to reschedule to another. ●Cancellation Policy: It's required that you notify us 12 hours or more in advance for cancellations and reschedules. If appointment is cancelled within the 12 hours or more time frame, your retainer (deposit) will be transferable 1 time to reschedule your next appointment within 10 calendar days (you are allowed to reschedule to any future date available, but it must be booked within 10 calendar days of your cancelation). If appointment is cancelled after 12 hours time frame, it will be considered a LATE cancellation and you will lose your retainer (deposit). Late cancellations require a 50% retainer (deposit) to book your next appointment. If late cancellations become a trend you will be removed as a client and permanently blocked from future appointments. If you are experiencing ANY sick symptoms please contact us before your appointment so we can cancel your appointment. If you appear sick at your appointment, you will be asked to leave and reschedule after 10 calendar days. If you have been exposed to Covid-19 or tested positive right before your upcoming appointment please cancel and you will be required to reschedule your appointment after 10 calendar days. No call no shows will be permanently blocked from future appointments and will no longer be accepted as a client.
